Human Resources Assistant |
- To assist on general human resource administration
- Update foreign workers database
- To assist department head on tracking of foreign workers due for medical examination, renewal of work permit, i-Kad application and other related immigration matters
- To ensure all hiring documents are in accordance to ISO procedures
- Print rank and file appointment letter
- To track staff orientation program and due for confirmation
- To liaise with Payroll Department on payroll related documents, staff EPF & SOCSO membership number, income tax and bank account number for recording in personal files
- To prepare ID Card / Nametag for all new hire, issuance of office keys and access card for staff at HQ
- Opening and maintenance of personal files for non-executive staff according to ISO standard of procedures
- To ensure that staff who are leaving / left the organization return all company properties before final payment is paid to them
- Any other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager / Management from time to time

- Minimum SPM or Certificate / Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related discipline
- At least 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Knowledge on Labour Laws, Industrial Relations and Immigration Acts will be an added advantage
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
- Computer literate and preferably with knowledge on HR software
- Good communication skill both oral and written
- Own a transport and willing to travel
- Able to work beyond normal working hours
